An Underused Backyard Transformed Into A Comfortable Outdoor Space
This South Kingstown property was developed over multiple projects and years to maximize the use of a small backyard. With the end goal of having no lawn, the design emphasized defined gathering spaces and plantings. Over time, new ideas emerged and additional areas of the property were brought into the design.
The finished project includes a custom paver patio, a pergola-covered hot tub area, a koi pond, and a circular fire pit with built-in seating designed for conversation and relaxation. The driveway was also upgraded with a custom paver design that adds visual interest and improves curb appeal.
